You have the 11.5 axle. Look at the picture that Squid posted and look at the bolt pattern/cover bolt flange shape. Should be the same as yours. After market covers have the level plug at the same height as factory, so fill it to same level as factory. Its the height not the amount of lube that is important for lube to reach all the bearings.
