I thought about it and I'm sure just about any machine shop could do it. My Nissan Titan has a magnetic drain plug so you could buy one of those and take it and the cover down and have it installed.
With that said, I decided that the additional cooling and fluid capacity of the aluminum cover would be very beneficial out on the highway in mid August around here where it gets well over 100 F. Because face it, the odds of me remembering to replace the fluid every 15,000 miles probably ain't going to happen so I'll be running synthetic Mobil 1 too.

As Dirty Harry said, "A man's got to know his limitations." HAHAHA
