hey cumminonya, your 23mpg seems about right with the exhaust, egr delete and programmer you have installed. It wont take very long to recover the cost of the mods with fuel economy that good and after that it's money in the bank. I have the same mods with the only difference being a smarty jr programmer and a 4" straight exhaust and my mpg just keeps getting better.
