Two things are in play with this.
#1. Most of the tires are now made in China.
#2. Weigh most campers and you will find that the tires are loaded to the max or close.
In addition some people don't maintain the proper air pressure and ST tires (most of them) are rated for 65 mph max. Put all that together with 95-100 degree day on the interstate going 70-75 mph and you have a recipe for a blowout. YMMV
