The code you got for brake pressure and accellerator incompatible mean that you hit the gas pedal and the brake pedal at the same time. Usually the little red throttle control light comes on on the dash and the engine powers down somewhat till the computer sees that you are not out of control and then the power comes back. The mechanic called it the runaway train sensor.
