Default Hobbies

I hate being bored and sitting around so I've got a few hobbies that keep me busy. I've always loved racing and cars so I race 125cc shifter karts here in Arizona and occasionally in Southern California when time permits. It's fairly affordable and the "bang for your buck" is incredible. Zero to 60 in under 3 seconds and 0 to 100 back to 0 in less that 10 seconds with up to 4G's in the corners! My son and I share the seat time in the kart and it's a great way to stay close.

I also tinker around on my 1970 Mach 1 that I've had for about three years now. Before I bought the 70', I built a 65' Mustang but I always liked the 69'-70' body style better so I sold it to make room for my 70. I show it every now and then and driving it is a blast.

Finally, to keep the wife happy and to get me out of the garage every now and then, we have a Signature 260 Chaparral boat we keep up at Lake Pleasant. It's a great way to relax and get away for awhile.

I've included pics of my shifter kart at the last race (before it blew up...) and of my Mach 1.
