If you take it in just to have the PTO feature turned on, then yup, they are going to charge you. After all they have to put it in the shop and pay a tech to do the job. Sorry, but I don't see that as unreasonable. You could possibly get around the charge by piggy backing it on to your next flash up grade. They would already have the Star Scanner hooked up and they are into the computer. This way it would be a no charge at my dealer.
