A status update.

Installed the correct hoses today so everything looks OEM and its all nice and clean and all the clamps are gone (geez I hated that, yes, I am OCD).

Thought I would open the canister and see whats going on. Very happy I installed the separator ! Oil is collecting (for 2500 miles, its was 1/16th of an inch), the screens are preventing it from going any further. The hose from the canister to the intake was dry and clean, so was the turbo.

I find the crank filter is just not working as well as I thought. I have 27K miles and oil vapors are coming through too easily. The filter new is most likely effective, however as oil being to collect, it looses effectiveness. Replacing the filter something like everything 10K miles is not cost effective either and a pain.

Will post updated pics later

Cheers all.
