The exhaust brake without a doubt is one of the best features of my 09 3500. I pull a trailer 99% of the time and travel over the sierra. My last truck had 132,000 pulling th same trailer and I still had original brakes. I figure with the exhaust brake I might get 200,000 on my new truck brakes
