The separator is available from:

Ultimate Oil Catch Can

Its rather expensive however its one of the best one around that has a 0.75 inch intake and output.

I do have to make one correction, silicon hose can not be used since its not compatible with oil unless lined for it. However, you can use and I will be using steel braided oil hose with Earl clamp boots on the ends. Cost per foot is roughly the same depending where you shop for it. Anything that runs over the top of the EGR cooler has to be able to handle high temps.

FYI, I have asked Richard @ GDP to look at what has been done and see if they would be interested in offering a more cost effective kit.

There are many catch cans out there, beware, others have tried and damaged their 6.7L in trying them. Cummins/Dodge did not honor the warranty due to the restrictions caused. This can is full free flow and provides no restrictions except when full of oil and the surface area of the holes in the disks exceeds the surface area of the 0.75" hole in and out.

Hope that helps.

Cheers,
Roberto
