Happy New Year Everyone,

Little update.

Finished the mounting bracket during my vacation ... The bracket is nothing more than a rectangular ali stock that has a matching 1/4 round milled into it that mates against the surface of the separator. Two recessed hole to mount it to the side of the battery box and notch for the 3 inch stainless band clamp. Once mounted, its very sturdy and stable and the separator unit is held in place via the band clamp. The dip stick is very easy to get to for checks.

Here is a pic of the separator mounted:

Here is pic of the hose routing:

Here is a pic of how its tied in:

The goofy clamp job is strictly temporary. Since the hose required is 3/4 inch, you will not find (at least not around my area) 3/4 inch high temp silicon hose at our local auto supply so you have to use automotive heater hose (it has to be ordered).

The plan is remove the crank hose and metal down tube, install the silicone 3/4 inch hose directly into the crank case vent the other end to the intake side of the separator. That will make the hose routing much cleaner back to a total of 4 clamp vs 8.

Hopefully some Dodge Diesel Shop will make this available for others !

Cheers,
Roberto
