Does any one run this programmer....how well does it work for you ?

Any problems that one should note ? I run a stock 6.7 with 104,000 miles....
looking for a "slight" power increase, but primary goal is to attempt to increase mileage.

I know the best way is to do an EGR and DPF delete, but with the group now running Washington, I fear the return to emissions testing.
