Hello Folks,
I have a 2007-1/2 Dodge Mega-Cab, 4x4, 6.7L that I purchased used in May with 154,400 miles. The previous owner had replaced the turbo unit with the new 2008 version and a new clutch, both at about the 100,000 mile mark. The Perform Service on the EVIC came on about 2 days ago and I found out that I need to replace the CCV Filter and clean or replace the EGR Valve and EGR Cooler. I found the filter at a Cummins dealer that I can get for $73.16 versus the Dodge Dealership at $153.00. I need info as to where the EGR Valve and Cooler are located and what parts I need to clean them. The Cummins dealer says that they don't have the codes for working on 2007-1/2 engines.
