Was in the Army, just married with a baby on the way...... That translates to a white, worn out, 1960 Mercury Comet, 2 door station wagon. Had a killer 200 cu in six with 3 on the tree. Like Squid said, it had variable speed wipers, (the speed varied on the gas pedal position). AND, it had the high performance red vinyl upholstery. A/C was provided by crank windows.
