A difficult question to answer. I thought this was all about healthcare reform; making it easier for individuals to get coverage and keep coverage, take unnecessary costs out of the system, improve the quality (interesting how when we are viewed as a world leader already), reduce the 11-16% premium increases year over year. That kind of increase is just not sustainable for any of us over the longer term. There are lots of views and opinions. So, lets take a look at where the money is spent that is collected from premiums.
