My 6.7 has 13,000 miles on it. I was planning to change the fuel filter myself. It's not ready to be changed out yet, but I wanted to see if I could get it out before buying a new one. First, I drained a little fuel from the drain to see how that worked. I found out later that there was some talk about the filter leaking at the drain after draining some of the fuel. The filter is the 3410AA model. Sure enough mine now leaks and I can't get it to stop. I called a local dealer and explained the problem to them. He say's they'll replace it under warranty. I have an appointment Wednesday morning to get the new one. I'm 1600 miles away from home and told him I want a new one, I don't want to chance it still leaking while I'm on the road. He seemed eager to please - so we'll see. I'll let you all know what happens.
