It's my belief the EGR valve is the biggest problem maker for these trucks, more so than the DPFs. I have 81,000 on her now. I'll let you know how she's running at 100,000 when the warranty expires. When it's out of warranty I will decide whether or not to do the deletes. It kinda all depends on how many problems I have between now and then. I intend to keep this truck a long time. I put 200,000 on my '96 Dodge 1500.....most dependable truck I have ever owned. Everyone told me the transmissions were crap. I got 184,000 out of mine before the tranny gave it up. Can't complain about that.
