Squid, I got her back today. They reprogrammed the ECU and installed bootloader(?). They also installed the cleaning port and cleaned the turbo. It was all covered by the warranty, thank goodness. Since I don't know the history of this truck I asked the service manager if he could tell me what had been done by searching the VIN. I wanted some peace of mind that I had not bought someone else's problems. According to the dealership database the truck had a module of some kind replaced in August of 2007 at a dealership neither one of us knew about (not in this area). Other than that it was brought in for 2 recalls and some updated programming and that's it. So I feel much better knowing it doesn't have a rap sheet miles long. I think the new programming affected the Lie O Meter too. I'll let you know if it's more accurate than before. She runs good and idles better than ever.
