I've seen this code a lot. First turbo was replaced at 10k, second turbo got the code about a year later. First repair attempt was reflash only but code came back. Second attempt was drill, tap & clean, which is where it stands now.

I used to get the code pretty much within a couple minutes after an engine start. Lately I read a thread someplace that said the flash that came out in March told the ECM to ignore the code if it was set during the first 5 minutes after an engine start. Didn't help in my case.

At the last service visit I asked whether my truck would ever be fixed and was told probably not unless I drove it a lot harder on a regular basis. I started a buy-back with Chrysler after hearing that. Don't know how it will turn out. Too bad because I like how the truck drives.
