Dale, the other thing you can try is WOT without downshifting....Around 50 mph in 4Th...Floor it, you don't want it to downshift, this will give you max boost for short distances...Very effective for me. I drive this truck unloaded more than loaded (towing). I run this procedure at least once per day...Not only is it effective, it's a real kick in the pants acceleration
