On an 08 I believe that 7500 miles is the default setting. If you look in your manual almost all oil changes and maint is geared for the 7500 mile mark. At 15000 you will find that you are to change the rear end fluid also. I'm coming up on 30000 miles so I'll be on my 2nd rear and front end fluid changes.
