well this is getting old fast, went in to the dealership today to talk to them and make an appointment. That weren't busy so he pulled it right in, did a "flash" and took it out for a 45 minute drive. Said it's gotta throw that same code before Chrysler will approve replacing the DPF, seeing its gonna cost $4,000. Apparently it's thrown different codes everytime and that doesn't allow them to replace it yet. It's still blowing black smoke so I'm guessing in a few days I'll be headed back to the dealership, probably with a different code. I asked them about wrapping the pipe and replacing the O2 sensors, he said I didn't show the right code to apply that TSB.
