Default Geez what a Memorial Weekend

So I get home Saturday morning and I load up our 14 year old Doberman and take her to the Vet to put her down. She was in great shape for her age all except her hips and it was time to say good bye before she hurt herself. So by the time I get home and get her buried, eat, take a shower and finally hit the sack it's almost noon. I get up at at 6PM and as I always do I let the other 4 Dobbies I have out the garage and then make my coffee before heading to the shower once again only today when I turn on the tap there's no water. So I head down to the basement to see if we've tripped a breaker but they look okay so I cycle them and when I do the pump goes zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and when I bend down and sniff that's all I need to know. Crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a hour away from the nearest Lowe's and pray they have a pump so I jump in the truck and do the best I can to scrounge up what I think I'll need before they close (Knowing that I won't) then head to Walmart for 10 gallons of water so I can get my coffee made and be able to flush the toilet. To make a long story short after another trip to Lowe's on Sunday, I finally get the new pump up and running and get to take another shower at 3am on Monday having to go back to work that night. So I'm going to be finally troubleshooting the truck today and I think I may know what the problem is. If the truck doesn't know what the EGT is do you think it will go into regeneration? I think not so I'll be checking the EXHAUST TEMPERATURE SENSOR Circuits when I get up this afternoon.
