Vis-a'-vis,
The ride is much more composed, it absorbs the small bumps far better (minimizing the skitish feeling of the front end), and over bigger bumps it stops the bounce in one bounce, where before it would bounce 3-4 times. The install was very straight forward. A half inch ratchet with the appropriate sized sockets, and a couple of open end wrenches did the trick. With gas shocks, always remember to wait to cut the strap wrapped aroud the shock until it is installed, otherwise the shock will expand, and it will be too long to install in the mounting points. You can still collapse it with a floor jack, but it is a pain, so waiting until the shock is in makes life much easier.
All the best to you all!!
