Here I am again...What if, you were in some stage of regen when you went through the high water...The DPF in somewhere 1000DF and instantaneously drops to 100 (just a swag). The Diesel Particles may have formed a solid and boom...it plugged. If you take the DPF off and rig up a bench test...vac. at one end and vac. gauge at the other, you can measure flow...I just think it had something to do with the water...
