Well......the deed is done! My son and I installed the Bilstein replacement shocks this afternoon. All I can say is WOW!!!! The improvement is night and day. The ride is much more composed, it absorbs the small bumps far better (minimizing the skitish feeling of the front end), and over bigger bumps it stops the bounce in one bounce, where before it would bounce 3-4 times. If you have not already done this modification, I highly recommend it. That being said, if anyone needs stock shocks for a 2007 Mega Cab 2500 2 wheel drive, you are welcome to mine for free. They have 847 miles on them. I really don't want to ship them. If you are in SoCal we can make arrangements for a meet & drop. I'll keep them a week if someone wants them, otherwise they will go in the basura (trash).
