I followed the flow chart. The first thing you do is ohm out the oxygen sensor Cummins 6.7L 02 Sensor Testing and both are right on at 3.2 ohms.

Then you take off the C2 connector on the ECU and check for a SHORTED EXHAUST TEMPERATURE SENSOR by checking for 3.2 ohms between pins 20 and 29. If that is good you then check for opens and shorts between the ECU and EXHAUST TEMPERATURE SENSOR signal and return circuits and if that is good you then check for a short on pin 20 of the C2 Ecu connector with every other pin on that connector.

If that checks out it tells you to replace the oxygen sensor module.

Since I had went through that flooded area and both 02 sensor circuits are now bad it makes sense and once I confirm this I'll be sealing all my connectors that are there on the frame.

Geez, a 4x4 you can't take through high water, go figure?
