Squid,
I read in the current edition of Deisel Power magazine that manufacturers are planning to introduce the Urea Injection system, which is listed in the specs for the 2010 Ram. They say that this system will offset the low mpg effects of the EGR by reducing the NOx content with ammonia injected in the exhaust rather than pumping exhaust back into the air intake. If you find any further information on this, will you please share? I'm hoping they'll also introduce an aftermarket SCR for my 6.7L.
