I don't understand is that not a muffler laying next to the 5" exhaust on the ground? The MRBP looks to be the same size as my tail pipe on my 08. On mine I can put my fist into the exhaust tip. Of course not while hot. LOL Here in CA if you take the muffler out you will have to reinstall it when it comes to smog check time or they will ding you, next time it's a check only station, as it is part of the emissions system that they check for.
